HMO's have a bad reputation, we aim to change the status quo and develop and market high end quality HMO's to professionals. Building a portfolio for our investors that delivers consistently high yields throughout the year. 

Each property will have fibre internet throughout the property, fully fitted kitchen and communal area with Smart TV's in every room and en-suites in the majority and a maximum ratio of 2:1 for bathrooms sharing. Whilst the regulation standard is 6.5m sq per bedroom we aim to reach at least 8.5m sq more where we can.
